Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your PawCalm purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
✅ ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item or wrong size received
• Item significantly not as described
• You changed your mind — item must be unused and in original packaging
❌ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
• Refund requests made after 30 days of delivery
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
• Lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
📬 HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email us at pawcalm9@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
3. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
🔄 EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us and we will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
📦 RETURN SHIPPING
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
